Riverbend Retreat caters to both RV and tent campers with daily site options designed to offer comfort and accessibility amidst the natural beauty of Maine. Our sites are nestled within a mature forest, providing ample space and privacy—more than typically found at other campgrounds. 

– RV Sites: We offer six daily RV campsites equipped with full hookups, including electric (50/30 AMP), sewer, and water, ensuring all the conveniences needed for a comfortable stay. These sites are spacious, offering big rig access and a scenic, forested backdrop.

– Tent Camping: For those who prefer traditional camping, three level sites right on the river, exclusively set aside for tent camping, offer the seclusion of a true outdoor experience. A secluded, level section right on the river. Each site provides easy access to central water spigots and restroom facilities, making them ideal for families and groups.

Riverbend Retreat is a campground in Biddeford and a haven of tranquility, featuring a blend of open landscapes and wooded areas with riverfront access perfect for canoeing and fishing. The property boasts a historic Civil War-era barn that adds to its rustic charm. It is surrounded by a variety of farm animals, from horses to chickens, enhancing the authentic farm experience. Facilities like a large playground, a camp store for essentials, and plans for a game room make it an ideal spot for family vacations.

Once installed, solar panels will provide the majority of electricity for the campground, significantly reducing the carbon footprint at Riverbend Retreat!
